Mr Michael Lovibond - Biography
Director of Operations, NETSCC
Michael joined the organisation in July 2007 as Director of Planning and Resources. He came from the General Dental Council where he was Head of Planning and Risk, and Head of Corporate Development. Previous roles include responsibility for corporate planning, business analysis, management development, and information management training. Michael has worked in both the public and private sectors.
Michael is a member of the NETSCC Board and is responsible for ensuring that the following services are provided to the organisation: business and financial planning; IT; human resources and staff development; project management for the implementation of cross cutting work and central administrative support.
