2. Can I change/update my lay summary? If so, how?
The plain English summary is taken directly from your funded research proposal and so we would discourage changes to the summary after a project has been funded unless absolutely necessary. However, if you notice an error with the information provided or wish to amend change your plain English summary, please email monitor@southampton.ac.uk

8. Why is there only an estimated publication date for research that is in progress?
The estimated publication date is set eight months after the end of the project.  This timeframe allows for the editorial review and sign-off of the final report. Unfortunately delays in this process can result in a later publication date for the agreed final report.
