What is the annual leave allowance?

Levels 1-3

Full time staff have an entitlement to 20 days holiday during the leave year, plus eight public holidays and up to six other days when the University is closed, known as University holidays.

Levels 4 and above

Full time staff have an entitlement to 30 days holiday during the leave year, plus eight public holidays and up to six other days when the University is closed, known as University holidays.

The salary is between x and x, what would I start on?

It is normal to start on the bottom of the level however this does depend on individual skills and experience.

Is relocation offered?

Are all the vacancies advertised on the website?

The increase in programmes has resulted in a large number of vacancies. Not all posts need to be filled immediately and so recruitment is taking place in phases. New posts will be advertised throughout 2008.
